We offer our unique knowledge and over 20 years of direct experience in HR and recruitment. Directors Dean Latham and Alex Bond first met whilst working alongside one another at Aston Martin, Alex as a Senior HR Business Partner and Dean as the Resourcing Business Partner.

They soon realised they both had a vision of starting their own HR recruitment agency, one that not only understands the fundamentals and practicalities of an HR department, but also has an in-depth understanding of the recruitment landscape.
